We’ve traveled a lot over the years and with 6 kids we’ve eaten more $5 pizzas than I’m proud of. I have to say…berea Little Caesars consistently makes the best crazy breads and pizzas we’ve tried. I’m not even trying to be partial because berea is home…try Mount Vernon or Richmond, they don’t compare. Berea absolutely for years has had the best Little Caesars Pizzas on the map!

Horrible drive thru service. Skylar W. really does not deserve to work here. In one interaction she rolled her eyes three times and even threw her headset off because she wouldn't look at me as I was talking to her. If the employees are going to get upset when customers order from the hot-n-ready menu and they don't have any pizzas in the oven as I was told then change the menu because they never have pizza ready especially when their are 3 employees outside smoking right next to the drive thru menu of course all the other reviews on here are about the horrible customer service.

Store states they close at 10pm. Tried calling at 8:50pm to order a deep dish but no answer. Drove 10 minutes to get a pizza when I arrived the person in drive thru said they had no pizzas that they are fixing to close and couldn't make anymore. Supposed to be a hot and ready business. I understand they are getting close to closing but they still had an hour left in the shift. No genius here but it only takes about 10-15mins to make a pizza...

Was in the store for 20 minutes and no one waited on us. They had pizzas sitting on the counter getting cold. The employees had no direction. Other people only getting half their order filled. One woman ordered for the driver up window was still waiting for her food when we left. She was there before us.
