Super RUDE! I totally understand being short staffed. But when someone from the store called, I answered, didn’t hear anything, said “hello” again and the guy responded with “yeah just hold on, we are backed up and I haven’t even made your food yet. I won’t get to it til like 2:30 so do you just want to cancel it?” I said “sure that’s fine, go ahead and cancel it,” and the guy just hung up on me. I would give zero stars for customer service.

Was able to place an order to be delivered to someone else at a specific time. They were very accommodating! Great place!

Accidentally missed their call saying their drivers were busy and that my pizza was gonna come a bit later. Called back to say I can come pick it up. The guy on the phone said “well I left that voicemail 30 minutes ago so it doesn’t matter anyway he will be going there soon” I then replied “Im sorry about that” and he didn’t say anything and just hung up. Have had multiple issues with them in the past as well.

Very nice man over the phone made a point to call me letting me know they had 1 delivery driver and my order would be running late. Very professional and nice!
