This place was disgusting. I came from New York to visit my daughter. The pillow cases had hair on it as well as a bug. The bathroom floor had hair it. The “non smoking” room Smelled of smoke soon as you walk in. The hallway has a stench as soon as you come Off the Elevator. It was so bad I couldn’t stay in this room. I immediately felt itchy. I paid for another hotel Room for the night.. this hotel is disgusting

Stayed for only one night. Chose Red Roof because they're reliably clean and easy to check in/out. This place was in pretty rough shape. The hallways smelled BAD. Like urine and sweat and cigarettes. The room itself smelled okay but the lampshades were falling apart and the tub wasn't clean. Wallpaper was peeling, elevator had graffiti, and there seems to be a ballroom under construction or something? You can see it from the parking lot and it just looks sloppy/messy. Presumably unhoused ppl randomly shouted at me in the parking lot; I was slightly alarmed and suddenly understood why guests have to get buzzed in. Front desk staff was super kind and easy to deal with. They deserve no flack for this rating. Corporate: can you update this location? Can you make it not feel like a sketchy rental-by-the-hour location? A little more pride on the interior would go a long way. Update the wallpaper & paint, clean the elevator, replace the carpet if that's where the bad smells are coming from, and maybe throw security cameras everywhere, even if they're fake, just so ppl feel like they're being supervised and less likely to piss on walls or destroy the elevator? It felt sleazy and gross and I couldn't wait to leave.

This hotel was not a pleasant place to stay over, but for an emergency situation it got the job done. In the smoking room, which was the only room available where I stayed, the smoke detector was dismantled, the bathroom vent was falling out from the ceiling, there was no furniture outside of the bed, and the curtain rod was angled upwards near the showerhead so the curtains kept slipping and flooding the bathroom. The bed was at least comfortable. There was no breakfast service at all, which was astonishing considering other 2-star hotels now offer breakfast service. There is also a mandatory noise curfew in place you must follow starting at 9pm which was incredibly unpleasant. Finally, I tried to order Domino's, and the driver couldn't get in because at night the door had to be opened from the inside. That meant I had to go all the way downstairs from the 4th floor to the lobby and back to get delivery, instead of traditional delivery to my suite door. Overall, in my opinion I would not call this place a proper hotel, but it at least had a room with a bed at the last minute so I took what I got. I would not come back here if given the choice though...

Worst stay EVER price was great but employees horrible I had did a stay from a Friday to Sunday the room I was in the bed was broke went down stairs they wouldn’t change it asked for money back got told to go somewhere else light was duct taped back together the wall outlet was burnt had NO TOWELS covers had stains asked for new ones got told no so I had to go to Walmart to get new covers and towels they tried to charge me for the room smelling like cigarettes when I don’t even smoke that beds was beyond uncomfortable not to mention had to watch how we laid or the bed would go down bath tub was BLACK. Had to buy cleaning supplies to clean it everywhere was booked out so I was forced to stay there but I will definitely never go back
