First Watch

Saturday morning-it was packed! We were seated quickly because we wanted to sit outside. Our server greeted us warmly, took our drink orders, and was back in a jiffy. She was awesome-attentive and responsive, but not hovering. We ordered our drinks without ice-the Purple Haze and Morning Meditation were excellent. I didn't get a photo of hubs watermelon drink, but he loved it. I ordered Eggs Benedict Florentine and a side of buttered grits...and everything was delicious 😋. The cibatta bread was a bit much for me, so next time I'll know to order the dish without the bread. The eggs were PERFECT. Daughter ordered pancakes with lemon curd and a cup of fresh fruit. There is enough left over for two more meals! She loved it. My husband ordered the chickmichanga(?) and it was also very, very good. This was our first ever visit to First Watch, but it certainly won't be our last!!

Our server was fantastic! The food is good but my chorizo omelet had very little chorizo. Just a little smear. Also they don’t even tell you how much the drinks are on the menu. I ordered a soda and is was $3.29! That’s a bit ridiculous. …Michael, thank you for dining at First Watch. We appreciate your feedback. We look forward to you dining with us again soon! Avocado toast was okay, eggs were pretty cold and bread wasn’t very toasted. Also no seasoning was put on anything at all, as pictured. Iced coffee tasted like grocery store bought mix. Not impressed overall.Alyssa, thank you for your recent visit to our O'Fallon restaurant and for this feedback. We always like to strive for excellence when it comes to our service and food. We are so sorry you did not enjoy your meal while dining with us. Having cold food is not our goal for success. When waiting for fresh-made-to-order food we expect it to be hot and delicious.
