Extremely pleased with the massage and service I received. My therapist Liz was wonderful - truly listened to what my stress areas were and checked in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was good. The location was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Couldn't ask for more!

The therapist didn't do what I asked for. Instead of feeling relaxed after massage I felt very sore and my husband too. We had the massage back to back. After massage I tried to explain to the front desk but the two ladies were very rude to myself and my husband. Husband didn't want to continue with his massage due to my unsatisfactory experience but front desk ladies didn't offer any solution options. Customer service was very disappointing. Therapist was nice guy but not as experience as I was told when we first scheduled our appointment. I feel like we spend $150 for nothing. It’s only fair to get a refund for that unsatisfactory experience. Update, I received a call from manager Heather a couple days later and she was very unprofessional and pretty much said she could not do anything with this matter. That there was no manager on duty that day and it was basically our bad luck otherwise maybe something could have been done. Like if it’s our fault as costumes that that place is understaffed and with no manager on duty. Very disappointing and will not use massage envy ever again anywhere. Their level of costumes service is horrible..

I would suggest going for the six month package. You're billed $65 a month for 6 months, which is really good. That's what I did. Gave me something to look forward to every month. I don't remember what just one cost.
