The many time I go there to fish I seen people have a kayak on the lake

No camping here. You can fish and there is a playground, shelter0
The walking trail splits; part of it goes around the lake which is 1/3 mile approximately; part of it trails off and connects with a trail that goes to the other lake which comes back around to the first trail - flat
There is a small trail by the second lake on the tan park side that leads of somewhere if you like Iseculuded walks then this would be an ideal trail for you.
Regular visiting fisherman said lake is restocked regularly.
