We became home owners in January of 2022. The park is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. While I agree that the HMO monthly fees are high, that generally has a positive outcome on the community as a whole. So far, we are finding Park Place and the Community of Sebastian to be a great place to live. Having been a Real Estate agent for 20 year, I have found that it is impossible to make everyone happy.

In the 700 hundreds
Barefoot Bay is just down the street from Park Place and you own your own land.. Dogs are allowed but, I'm not sure if there are restrictions.

You can't get locked in anymore we pay 751 and it goes up every year 4%

Hello. I was there visiting my parents. I saw lots of rental signs. It's one of the nicest parks I've been in and everyone I met was super nice. Hope this helps.
