I'm so tired of calling them to do the interview or for any reason really, and having to wait for 2 to 3 hrs just to have them hang up on me. No answer, no access to representatives, just click and the phone call is over. Just a couple years ago you could get someone on the line in about 30 mins to an hour and take care of what needs to be taken care of. Now, my family has gone without food stamps for 2 months already because no one ever answers to do the interview and then we get a notification saying that WE MISSED OUR INTERVIEW DATE! Um no, y'all don't ever answer the phones anymore and if you do the first person that always answers puts us on hold and then we get hung up on after 2 or 3 hrs.

Once they take your kids it's hard to get them back it's been over 6 months did everything we needed to do and still at a standstill

It’s truly sad that we have to deal with Employees who are supposed to be there to HELP and instead they are rude, don’t answer the phone at all. I’ve tried to come in contact with someone for the best 2 weeks no answer my phone interview is literally due on the 6th of june and if I don’t get someone to answer I lose all my benefits which HELP ME we are all suffering and you guys don’t make it any better if I could i would give you guys ZERO STARS. DO BETTER
