Finally got hired. Seems like an ok place so far.

It's a place to work. The owner is a really sweet woman who does actually seem to care when talking with her. Though when asking to switch line groups, or requesting to be cross trained, no one cared to listen. I tried to switch line groups and was completely ignored and disregarded. The company mainly takes outbound calls and will put you to a horrible line group, (Refund Geeks), that is not fitted to you. They need to make sure they've placed employee in the correct job position for them. This will make for happier reps and better customer service.
