September 4, 2022: WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! The food, service, and management is very disappointing! We complained as well as other customers. The Owner finally called me today saying he’s never had so many complaints! He actually was defending his staff!! Poor food, poor service, poor management.

No El Toro does not provide wifi, but you'll be busy stuffing your face with delicious food anyway :)
