UPDATE: I have written a review in the past, but we are under New Management. I'm excited now more than ever before, we have exciting new renovations coming our way, including a gym, doggy park for our fur babies, granite counter tops and vanity, dishwashers in all apartment homes, beautiful landscaping, and so much more , as a resident here for 6+ years ,the up and coming renovations to this well loved community is a blessing. I highly recommend checking this community for your future home!

Staff was not friendly. Women on phone was rather rude when we had questions regarding apartments.

Great place but really needs lights outside. Its pitch black once the sun goes down and you can barely see if youre taking your dog out. Other than that its fantastic but REALLY, lights need to be installed outside. More than anything ts a safety issue.

Yes
$910/month
$910/month was the last price I was told and to find availability, you'll have to call the office.
Upstairs or down? I have one upstairs coming available in about a week and it rents for $880.00 a month
You trying to drop the neck?
Okay, I live here and also work for the company that controls the property. The buildings on the east side of the complex is about 100-150 feet from the tracks. It's really not that bad, but if you can, try to get an apartment on the west side. It's a bit quieter. They changed management 3 years ago and Tammy went through and cleared 90% of the riff-raff out. It's safe, and secure. I leave my doors unlocked most of the time and nothing has ever happened. Maintenance does an excellent job and they work their butts off to make sure the property is nice. To be honest, it's one of the nicest complexes around for the price. Like I said, it's been almost totally cleaned out of all the troublemakers. Trust me, I work directly with the property manager every day.
No but you have to make a certain amount of money to qualify to get in the apartment I would definitely call up because I believe that should be enough for a one bedroom
In my experience here , which is four+ years i havent had any problems with that. Some apartments had flooding from IRMA but they fixed them asap.
Idk
