We absolutely fell in love with this cottage the moment we walked through the doors. It is cozy, charming and balances small town beach charm with brand new amenities. It is also perfect for us to get away with our furbaby, and walking distance to excellent dining, such as Jazzy's and 4th Street Fillin' if you are looking for local flare. In addition, the owner checks in on her guests and makes sure all your needs are taken care of, including having a property manager in another cottage on property. We had such a good time, we booked several weeks later and the experience was exactly the same. Deepest thanks for our little spot on the beach ⛱.

We had an amazing vacation!! We couldn’t have loved our cottage more. Absolutely everything needed is there right down to an extra hair dryer. A three minute walk to Cocoa Beach Heaven, delicious breakfasts at Pig n Whistle right across the street.. Coconuts On The Beach and their Corn and Crawfish chowder that was so good I went back a second time.. Everything within walking distance. It’s just the perfect location!! We are already looking forward to our next stay. Thanks Debra Annette & Randy!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We felt the love from Cottage 233. My wife and I have stayed in countless short-term rentals for holiday and work, all over the world. However, over the Easter weekend we found out that Cottage 233 at Cocoa Beach Stay Cottages was, by and large, the best 3 night/4 day stay we recall having, anywhere, EVER! From the moment we pulled in the driveway, these cottages just oozed charisma and over-the-top cuteness! The moment we walked in to Cottage 233, we were in a state of disgracefully uncontrollable happiness, WHAT A PLACE! Every single detail was looked after so carefully and creatively, it took our breath away. We brought along our 2 chihuahua's for the trip, as well. And it was, to date, the first time in their lives they didn't let out a single woof walking into a new place.... they ran directly to the fenced backyard space and immediately fell in love. To say this place "felt like home", is an understatement to the fullest. From the exceptional decor, to the incredibly comprehensive info binder provided by the owner, Cottage 233 checked every single box we could come up with. We all slept brilliantly thanks to the comfort and impeccable cleanliness of the beds. Speaking of cleanliness, this cottage was flawlessly spotless, especially for a place so close to the beach. I'm not kidding about this, my wife's OCD totally confirmed. Cocoa Beach is a really lovely town, as well. Don't get me wrong, amazing beaches, restaurants, shopping and sights, really great place. However, while perhaps we should have explored the town a bit more in our time there, being in Cottage 233 made us not give a DAMN! We didn't want to leave the cottage, we had everything, like we're in our own homes, completely stocked with anything and everything you needed for a morning/afternoon/evening in. I cannot say enough about the love that you can literally feel went into this place. The owner (Debra) is the bee's knees of all STR owners, and the on-site manager (Annette) is an absolute delight. Stay at this place people, you won't regret a single moment, I promise! Big love and thanks, Debra, we will definitely be coming back!! Amber and Ryan

This is truly a little GEM! Cocoa beach stays#225 was everything we needed and more! Debra, the owner and host was nothing short of lovely! check-in and check out process was simple and headache free. The yard and the hammock gives you the serenity and security we all look for when vacationing! We stayed in cottage#225 and it as impeccable. CLEANEST place I've stayed at in a long while, hotels always look clean but aren't lol. This cottage is close to the beach, literally 1 block away, and less than 2 blocks to the most delicious little breakfast place. Short drive to Cape Canaveral+ Cocoa Village, which truly is a special little spot. The property managers Annette and her husband are the kindest people and incredibly welcoming! I recommend this cottage for a family or even a couple. Its attention to detail, the décor and location cannot be topped! Debra and her staff are so kind, hospitable and readily available should you need anything. We loved it so much, we intend to return in about a month! DONT MISS OUT on this lovely-lovely place. you will not be disappointed.
