I want to thank Victor and Branden for fixing my dishwasher so quickly. The maintenance team here is great!! Additional thanks to the person who cleared the drain in the parking lot in front of 265. We have no more puddles when it tains!

The front office staff and maintenance here are amazing. Anytime there is an issue with appliances or amenities the issue is always fixed immediately. In this specific incident Victor was the one to take care of the issue. He was very attentive, professional, and overall friendly! Such a great community to live in.

When I moved to the grand oaks my AC unit wasn’t working properly (or at all) Tyler was able to replace our whole unit, he made our first florida summer bearable. Thanks Tyler! All of the staff are great. Great place to live. Also, I’ll just add a pic of my favorite view.

It is a phenomenal place to live. The office staff are really friendly and welcoming. The community is very well maintained and it feels like living at a resort. The surrounding area is full of business and life.
