The quality of service in the cafe has dropped significantly. The younger workers lack common customer service skills. They used to ask for your name and call out your name when your order is ready. They did not do that today. And I received my sandwich in a bag????? Never asked if I was dining in. Not the service I’m accustomed to here.

Cafe AND bookstore workers were so nice, complimented my outfit and gave me notes on the book I was buying! I wish I didn't live 30 minutes away or I'd be a regular there!

It was a cozy place to shop in, not just to buy books and other stuff but also to enjoy reading near by their inside coffee shop they have. I loved the variation of book genres they have, in fact they do have mangas which I'm very into it, also they have a whole section for Harry Potter, a section in Spanish in which I bought a couple of books for my sister among others.

Lavida makes a great suggestion. That sounds like a question FOR them (not about them), and I am not sure if they monitor Google Maps to answer those sorts of questions. You may want to hit the "call" button on the listing and speak with someone in the store as well. Good luck! 🙂

Yes, if they don't have it you can always buy it online and ship it to your home or ship it to the Barnes & Noble closest to you. Their customer service is excellent so if you have any questions or need any help by all means just contact them.
