I like this location just because of the manager Nadeen, well I think he is the manager if he is not something is wrong there. Every time I go there he is there... it's freaking unbelievable. He is so great that I tried to steal him to my business, but he is actually very happy there, sucks for me because he is great. They are lucky to have him, also 2 girls that work under him are so polite and friendly. Nadeen, you are the best! You are the King of burger king. And because of you, we will always be a happy customer

Very POOR experience. I asked for a whopper with cheese no onion and I got it and it was cold— how I know it was cold was when the cheese wouldn’t even melt. The two men were so rude and all I wanted to see if they’d do was heat it up for me. He kept grabbing the whopper and remaking it and it was horrible the last time he gave it to me! Still was the same! Could’ve heated it up but was throwing it away in my face and remaking it. Just horrible. I can’t believe I got this type of experience in Orland at that!! Don’t count on me being back I hope no one else experiences this bc this was a bad feeling getting three BOGUS BURGERS! It was the attitudes for me! And not to mention screaming in the microphone “it just came out the broiler!” Something so simple I wanted the man wouldn’t listen and constantly remade on correct sandwich’s! Could’ve heated it up and sent me on my way.
