I came here, visiting from out of state. I travel A LOT, and never have I met such friendly staff (that's when there is any present) I have never been to such a clean laundromat. Like really clean! Prices are very fair, especially since the machine doesn't leave me questioning if my clothes will actually get the soap. Splash Splash should franchise, or at least come to Minnesota and bring everything about here there!

I came up to wash a king size pillow top because they have huge washers, but I was disappointed from the start. The 8 Load Washer (Unit Number 43) took my $10.50 in quarters and then it wouldn't start. Additionally, I had already put in my laundry detergent that I had brought from home. So, I called the number on the wall and I received no answer. Not even an answering service. Nice. Plus... Massive waste of my time coming up here. I'll never be back, not even to get a refund.

Have used the facility twice a week for sometime venting machine take your money, don’t waste your time putting money in them. I’ve also witnessed first hand I assume he’s the owner( older man) really talking trash to his employees obviously in front of customers, with signs posted hiring on the door. Good luck on keeping employees like that. Multiple times I’ve opened machines early in the morning the smell dirty when it advertises sanitizing wash. I’ve watched employees working hard to keep the place clean and they do great job. Facility is great to use while employees are there.

Do not, I repeat do NOT GO TO THIS LAUNDROMAT!!! I lost my money 💰 in the washer because the machine was broken. The lady didn't want to give me back my money because she said they don't do that!! Wth??? I asked her why there was no out of order sign ??? She said she ran out of signs!! Can you imagine???? What happened to paper and pen 🖊 😕 🤔???? She heard how upset I 😡 was, plus my northern accent because I just moved here so I got my money back. Then, when it came time to put my money 💰 in the dryer, the coins 🪙 didn't fit properly so she had to come over again!! There was another out of order dryer also!! 😒 so I had to move my clothes to another dryer. I am going to invest in a washer and dryer where I live since I have the hook up for it. I am waiting on my tax return then I will spring for it..unbelievable! I will definitely NOT be returning here again!!
