Drove an hour and a half only to be told that they couldn’t install the product because they had sold us the wrong one. Turns out the guy just didn’t want to install the product or didn’t know how to. All we had to do was plug in the power and it worked fine.

Unfortunately we don't really work on game consoles. Could blow out the dust in case it's overheating but other than that we do not. I'm sorry.
