We bought a couch last year and we have to move to different location. So we reached out one of representative (Mini) to deliver the couch to new location. The whole point we reach out to them is we will get professionals who knows how to move couch with damage free. The person didn’t show up on day 1. On day 2 he started talking more money around 300$ to 450$ which initially quoted 170$ to 250$. We already sent couch pictures with all details 2 days before. We have 3 seater recliner and one person tried to pickup entire couch and it fell down many times and lot of damages. Finally we are glad that they didn’t break it to multiple pieces. worst experience ever 😞😞 We paid 300$ and end up with damaged couch. Never ever take re-shipping from them or make sure they will dissemble & assemble upfront. Beware of this mover: Fast Movers Inc..

Went to store and worked with Mamie to purchase furniture for an entire airbnb. Mamie was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable about all products that were on sale, in and out of stock. Leasel also worked with us to make sure all discounts were applied and has the best personality! We will be back! They were a dream team!

I have been trying to speak with somebody for over an hour on the phone! I bought a sofa and it needs to be repaired, I was told I was no longer in warranty, and I just found out today my warranty ended February of 2022 this year. I know for a fact I called in January trying to get my sofa repaired, the person I spoke to over the phone told me there was nothing they could do for me. This is very frustrating, I will never make a purchase again with this company.
