No one, knows what is going on, they cant keep up with paper work, and can not deliver what they promise, also can not read a name correctly. Set up jobs then backtrack. The times are off will tell one what time to be at a place to work, and will be way to early or way to late.

We open from Monday to Friday with a lunch hour at 12.
We take an hour lunch at 12:00 during that time our office is closed, try calling at a different time.
