The Staff that works face to face with patients are excellent but the staff who answers the phone are very, very rude and unprofessional. To my disbelief one of those rude employees was a supervisor. I asked the worker why is she yelling she said that is how i talk. So people call a place of business to get yelled at? Maybe she needs to stop all that yelling because its scary she sounds like a man.

This is a joke had to wait an hour at least while employees went to lunch...I am currently in line where there are 20+ cars waiting !!! Have they never heard of shift coverage, so people don't have to wait!!!!!!

SC DHEC does not have the regulatory authority to intervene in rat, mouse or roach issues in homes and most buildings.Try contacting the landlord, property management, or local magistrates office.

Depends on your income and I don't think they do walk-ins unless you call the 800 number and speak to the customer service they might squeeze you in same day
