I have called several times and left messages (for over a month) to schedule my PFT. No one has ever returned my call. My doctor at Johns Hopkins is not impressed with the medical facilities here in Wilmington (moved from Maryland). He did not get the full report from my PFT last year and you can not reach anyone for assistance.

Awful practice. Recently changed their name. My mother has been trying to schedule an appointment for WEEKS and nobody answers the phone or calls back. Will be going elsewhere.

No stars for this group for sure. Never have I been treated the way I get treated with this group. Was seeing Dr. Z NO ISSUES. Started seeing Dr. Childs no one I said no one will call you back and when you call you never get a Real person its always a machine. This is very unprofessional. Makes me sick and mad at the same time to know this is the treatment we get and pay crazy prices for. . Dont contact me FIX YOUR PROBLEMS.
