I go many mornings and they have morning workers there with terrible attitudes who consistently give cold food even hot cakes which literally a child could make themselves. Just sad wish I could give 50 1* star reviews of this place: it isn’t hard people….. tried to go back another day and on a Saturday at 630 am they are not open due to “short staff”…. On a Saturday really so sad… don’t even wanna go here cause don’t trust I’ll get warm cooked food

Horrible service! Always getting things wrong, constantly serving double dipped fries. Can't believe the owners who care so little. Their solution is to give you a free sandwich or replace the already horrible meal. Can't explain how there are two mc Donald's in Grafton and they could have so different quality expectations. Maybe they hope the freeway traffic will keep them in business and not realize how bad it is until it's to late to turn around.

The customer service was very poor. My spicy chicken sandwich was poorly made and very sloppy. My friends mcdouble was just slapped together with two top halves of the bun and the cheese was only half of the burger. Do better next time.

I updated my rating from one star to three stars. I hope it continues in an upward trend. I think the new manager is making definite improvements especially attitude wise with the staff. Keep up the good work.
