I was frustrated to the point of exasperation with my smart phone. Todd was patient, direct, considerate, and explained set-up and use in terms I could understand and put to use. He is a good investment in peace of mind, and getting on with what I would rather be doing.

I just checked my reviews and I dont have any memory of posting a review here or using the service here 3 years ago. I did not even live in the state 3 years ago nor have i ever been to it. How this happened is completely unknown to me.

Had big problems with my Mac Book air but Todd had it cleaned up and running like a brand new computer in no time at all.
