Pizza hut now using door dash, a service which is unaccountable for the quality of your food. It's awful and adds roughly an hour to your wait-while your high priced food gets stone cold. No one answers calls about what's happening in the meantime. It's a complete no holds barred RIP off. And I'm done with it.

The worst experience we have ever had. Normally don't do delivery but we had a lot going on Friday. The first set of photos are from this location. We called back to complain, and the manager John assured us that he personally checked these items before they were delivered. This means the quality control, pride in your work, customer service, and expectations are not high enough for us to continue to spend our hard earned money with you all. Why would you be ok with sending this out the door? The cheese sticks were over cooked and hard like a crouton; there was not adequate cheese. The cheese pizza was overcooked as well, looked as though the grand babies cut it, and not sure why the cheese shifted to one side. The chicken pizza had the same shift of cheese and ingredients. Also, they must have been training the new girl how to cut a pizza and then how to vote in squares on the same pizza. The boneless wings were supposed to be honey Bar B que. Hmmm.....I don't think we said to hold the sauce. The second set of photos was the replacements in comparison to what was originally made. We decided to drive the extra few miles to Fairfield and pick up. Thanks to the Fairfield location for taking pride in what they do and ensuring the customer is satisfied! In summary, stay away from this location drive to Fairfield or somewhere else, unless you want to waste your money 💰 and Doncare about quality! In my opinion, the presentation is key. Take pride in everything that you do.

What order? Placed at 5:23pm, it is 7:45pm. Store won't answer the phone. 800 # can't reach them either. Update: never delivered, never heard anything.

I ordered their special pizza box which contains 3 medium pizzas. I also ordered what I thought was a 2liter soda but turns out I ordered a 20oz soda. The delivery driver delivered the order in a timely fashion but when I saw the 20oz soda I thought this had to have been a mistake on the company's part. But it was not. The delivery driver returned the soda back to the restaurant. I believe the manager reached out (Ruby, I think) and reviewed the order I placed with me. Although I was in the wrong I was not charged for the 2liter of soda nor for the delivery driver coming back to drop off what I thought I ordered originally. It may seem small but it was very much appreciated. Thank you and your staff for all of the hard unnoticed work that you put in day in and day out. Also the pizza was delicious 😋
