Car with a guy and girl OD in parking lot. Went and told Operations Manager and said he would take care of it never did a thing about it! Stayed the night in the lot and watched so many drug deals happen, people working on their vehicles. DEFINATELY staff here does NOT care about their image

Love’s is a disgrace of a truck stop. I always tell folks there is no Love’s at Love’s or where is the Love? In good faith a pre-authorized $300 for diesel to obtain a 50 gallon shower credit. I ended up at 48 gallons. The manager Geney Lo would not honor a shower even if I paid for an extra 2 gallons. This is a primary example of no Love’s at Love’s. The name is very deceiving. I regret buying diesel here and will try to avoid Love’s truck stops moving forward. They don’t care about truck drivers. And than accused me of being here before and attempting to do this. Even through I’m driving by and never been here.

The showers there are for anyone but they try to tell individuals who look like they made live on the street that the showers are only for truck drivers but they're really not. How do I know? Because I have utilized their shower services on more than a couple of occasions.
