My family has ordered takeout from here a few times. The food is always made fresh, the staff aren't super friendly but they are definitely not mean and rude like many other takeout places these days.

It said they opened at 12 upon arriving 2 minutes past 12 the door was locked so me my husband and 2 kids stood there talking and patiently waiting after a couple minutes a young guy came and unlocked the door upon opening the door he seemed to have an attitude so I said hello and thank you as we walked in he not once said hello or even spoke to us he had the nastiest look on his face and the worst attitude. Seemed as if we was rushed by the other guy taking our order although we said this is our first time ever here so it will be a minute he then got an attitude. It was extremely stupid expensive and nasty food not worth the $ we spent it will be our last time ever at Penn station we will stick with Jersey mikes from now on like we was going to do in the first place
