Rude manager who will comment something rude below this in response just as he does with anyone who leaves him 3 stars or less. Quality guarantee is a joke. I tried to contact the store about the quality through their “rate the cook!” And was promised I would hear back and didn’t. After a month finally called and was verbally attacked by the manager. And no, this is not my real name. I wouldn’t trust the manager with my real name.

$12 for two hotdogs, just hotdogs, no fries, no drink! This place is a joke, small hotdogs… EXPENSIVE… dingy, unkept seating area.

Their service is very nice. I’m not sure what changed as I came here often with my kids. I placed my order and knew instantly that all our food was microwaved not freshly made. None of the stoves were on or the deep frier…it almost made me sad. I wish you well Fratos. I hope things get better for you.

Absolutely, you can pre-order off www.FratosCatering.com, which counts towards the catering loyalty program, or you can call after 1030am to place it over the phone if you need it faster.
We adhere to all recommendations from the CDC. Unlike many restaurants, we do not hire random cooks, we only hire and develop serious culinary arts staff that are in this industry for more than a paycheck. That means they care very much about doing what is right, not cutting corners.
