Great owner! Back story / My SIL ordered us a bottle of champagne to be delivered through DRIZLY - the delivery didn’t come during the scheduled window. So I called and inquired - the owner couldn’t get ahold of the driver and ended up driving the order to us himself! I’m sad that they seem to have lost a bottle of champagne to a bad delivery driver. But I appreciate their dedication.

I walked in clueless as to what area I would find the wine I was looking for 😋after giving the shelves a quick 1-2 I noticed the clerk had finished up with customer he was already helping when I came in. So I head up to the register and I giggle a little and I asked the gentleman to please help me find what I was looking for. He instantly jumped on it ,asked me the name of the wine ( which Im pretty sure I pronounced wrong ) , but I could spell it 😁 . Doesn't ring a bell, he says do you have a picture ( yep duh sure do right here on my phone which is also how I got there because it said they had it in stock) show gentleman picture, still doesn't ring a bell. He gets on the phone and Immediately got me the wine I needed. Awesome customer service. Thank you 🤗

SCAM ARTISTS - I purchased a bottle of wine today. My bottle was 12.99. The man behind the counter did not offer a receipt until I asked and then said 'are you sure you want a receipt?'. I said yes. I said the bottle was 12.99. He said yes there's tax. I left and went to my car and looked up sales tax on wine in Ohio, it is 5.75%. That is $13.74 not $14. They are pocketing the extra money, that is theft. They have to be doing this on purpose, the tax was not broken down on their receipt, it is all lumped as one price. The price is also not on the bottle, it is on the tag on the shelf. which is probably intentional. I have filed a fraud report with the AG, and with the Ohio Dept. of Taxation and the liquor board. They are running a scam.
