My last two haircuts have been bad and awful. The last cut was uneven with the right side 1/4 inch shorter and part of the back wasn't cut at all. Went to another franchise and they did what they could to fix it. Now my hair is much shorter than ever. They felt so bad for me they wouldn't charge me. I've been a regular customer since the the Folsom salon opened, but no more. I think the main problem is the extraordinary turnover of the stylists.

Last week I came in for a trim. The girl doesn’t usually work at this location.. she was a tall beautiful black girl with orange short hair and had a know it all attitude was talking a lot and doing everything quickly. I hand to come home and cut some more, which is what I was trying to avoid having to do!! And wasn’t listening to what I wanted.. and just not a good experience.. she was very sarcastic.. that’s not how you should be treated. When you are getting you hair cut.. please don’t send her to your location again..

Got a great haircut here. My last haircut in a different place made my hair stick out on the side. At Great Clips she took a lot of trouble and time to fix that and I left the salon looking human again. Will definitely recommend this place and will visit again.

I asked for my hair to be cut to the middle of my back. She cut it to my shoulders without even asking. I've never had my hair cut (especially when asking for 8-10 inches off without the stylist verifying that I was happy with where they would cut it) It's going to take a year to grow back to where I want it. I guess that's what I get for going to a random place that takes walk ins instead of a salon. Every time I see my hair now I want to cry.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
