Absolute gem in this town. Rare gourmet findings for every taste, also for vegans. Teresa is super nice and helpful. To top it off: reasonably priced. Hot tip: get the Marionberry pie - it beats everything we had before (and we love pies!).

While exploring the area and in need of some treats to keep discovering the city, we crossed path with this cute local store. Kevin was very attentive and we for sure will stop by next time we are in town!

The owner of the shop was very informative of the history in the area! Definitely stop by to get some goods or a cold drink and have a chat with the owner! They had a little of everything, gardening gloves, socks, fresh fruit, candy and sweets, soaps, sodas and cold drinks, pasta, cards. Great place to stop!

My family and I were blown away by the experience at this store. The owner, Teresa, greeted us in period clothing and explained how her store embodied the internationalism of Columbia when it was California’s second largest city. The food itself was great, we had amazing tomatoes, cheese, and a sourdough. But, Teresa‘s knowledge and passion made this one of our most memorable stops during our California vacation.

Correct masking made of appropriate materials, fully covering nose and mouth, is required and enforced for all staff, and patrons over the age of 2 years. Hand sanitizer and masks are available, and those unable or unwilling to wear a mask are kindly offered service assistance at the door. Total occupancy limited to 20 visitors at a time. Phone orders and curbside delivery are also available. Six foot distancing is encouraged. The store is regularly sanitized and doors opened to increase ventilation. Staff have daily temperature checks and screening, and are also encouraged to follow frequent hand washing guidelines. Staff is encouraged to test frequently for Covid-19 and also obtain vaccination.
