We stay here when visiting our sons and daughters in law. Newly remodeled rooms with pergola style floors. Latte stand is on the property adjacent to parking lot. Dog friendly place...can't get any better than that!

The stay itself was fine. I more disappointed that the management would not guarantee early check in. We needed the room at 1pm, two hours before check in, for the groomsmen to get ready. We were told our only option was to book the day before to ensure access to the room. I had to pay an entire night's stay for a two hour early access. While the employees were wonderful, I never received a call from the manager or the least bit of consideration for this simple request. My son means the world to me, so I went with this only option, but feel you fell far short on what could have been done for this situation. It cost me $150 more just to ensure two hour early check in. You should be ashamed. groomsmen to get ready.

On the old & musty side, rooms smell strongly of pine-sol cleanser even though they aren't very clean. Dusty floors, my comforter had a cigarette burn in it, caulking in bathroom is moldy, drawers were falling apart, poor quality tv service. Too expensive for the poor quality. That being said, I've stayed in worse and at least the staff is friendly!

I would guess around 25 or so, it never looks terribly busy, unless there's a big event, I wouldn't worry about availability. Snohomish is a sleepy town
