The website indicates that they offer "rush my passport" services, including the taking of passport photos. Upon arriving to this location, I was told that they do not provide passport photo services. Additionally, their involvement with the passport process only includes providing the customer with a computer to complete the online process. Perhaps they should revise their listed services to not include passport assistance.

I will go out of my way 20 minutes to go to the Kenny location to avoid this particular FedEx. Every time I go in there, their unwillingness to help me drives me crazy. They suggest self-service, then when I explain (every single time) I need 100lb paper, they tell me I need to do an online order. When I’ve done the online order, they’ve messed it up. And sometimes I need prints the same day. So I ask them to just help me and they say they need them all emailed. I’m standing right in front of them with a USB drive they can plug into their computer. It’s like pulling teeth to get them to print something for me on quality paper and fill it to the size of the paper. Every. Single. Time. So though I live 5 minutes away, I travel 20 minutes to get to a FedEx with employees that don’t mind doing the job they’re paid for. Pays off in the end. Avoid at all costs. Rude and unwilling staff.

i had ordered 20 copies of a presentation to be printed and bound, Curtis was extremely helpful and was able to get all copies done in 1 hour enabling me to meet my deadline extremely comfortably.
