It served its purpose. It had clean rooms, for the most part. The room was clean but smelled like armpit for a couple of days, but we were able to get rid of the smell. The location was in s very busy part of town, but descent location for food, it had Del Taco, Wendy's, Arby's, Rosa's tortilla factory, which is a must go.

I have asthma! Marijuana & smoke throughout the hotel, coming in my room through the bathroom vent. I called, verified non smoking. Checked in, verified non smoking. Was told it is non-smoking. Building entrances says non smoking Sign up says non smoking Manager said they can do nothing about it, even though I reported it 2 days in a row. I moved my family here for a 2.5 week period. This is the WORST hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. The staff, including Hilda & Shay tried to bribe me. Originally they said I wouldn’t get any reimbursement for the pay 2 days & then after recording Shay the Hilda says she will refund me ONLY if I leave tomorrow. That is now how this works This is Illegal & I have a health issue.

Staff was nice! But 2nd floor reeked of weed and it was a smoke-free place. At 3am my sprinkler system started leaking because the lady above us left her sink on all night fire department had to come. Was moved to a room that had bugs. Not a lot but still it had bugs. Outside looks nice. But inside looks ghetto. But yess everyone who worked there is a 100% nice.

We had to stay for for 2+ weeks and it was really great. The staff, the room,just everything was exactly what what was needed. My bed was very comfortable,it was convenient to have a kitchenette. I am so happy I was able to stay there when I needed it. Thank you so much
