Let me start off on a positive note....the employees are always nice. Great job on the hiring of these folks, they are always a pleasure. Now to the not so positive.....I've used the mobile app twice in the last couple weeks. The first time I was a bit annoyed because the wait was long but I figured it was a fluke and got over it pretty quick. A couple days ago I used it again. I figured I may have a wait again so I hit the "I'm here" button and proceeded to pump gas to waste a bit of time so they could prepare my order. I walk in a couple minutes later and my order wasn't ready. No big deal, they were busy. BUT they proceeded to take the orders of the 5 people standing in line AFTER I walked in and 2 minutes after I placed my mobile order. Then they filled all those people's orders before they even started on mine. They literally cleared out the line and waited for a lull before my food was prepared. I was the first one to order but the last one to get food. I could have just jumped in line and shaved about 4 minutes off of my 9 minute wait. The reasoning behind the mobile app (at least in every other restaurant) is so you can avoid the line. This is the ONLY one I've ever used that you are put aside as an after thought. First time could have been a fluke, second time certainly was not. I don't know what procedure the Hampton McDonald's has in place but it's very backwards. I'll try one more time, if I have the same experience I'll find a different place to have breakfast. And for the record, I ordered oatmeal a hashbrown and fountain drink, nothing complicated.

Breakfast order was correct and has been everytime I stop for breakfast. Friendly morning service. Fast morning service. Now, evening time is a different story. Order is never correct. And, they are always slow.

No they won't hire till 15 1/2
It's Friday night and altho I am not an advocate of them by any means, they may be busy. This way even if you don't go back tonight maybe the manager ,who I would highly recommend talking to, can give you some sort of option for coming back at a later date. To either pick up the missing items or a refund for them. Keep your receipt by all means.
$5 plus tax.... You get better quality chicken when you buy the chicken strips, for a little extra money.
