I have been going to this eye center for a while now and would usually rate this business a 5 star but unfortunately not anymore. I came for my yearly check up and I usually go to the center in Salinas but decided to come to the office in Ryan Ranch. First and foremost the front desk receptionist with blonde hair, purple mask and eye shield was extremely disrespectful. As a patient she made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Since I have been living in Arizona for the last two years the mask mandate has been lifted and even working in a dental office the patients no longer have to wear masks. I walked into the office forgetting a mask and she made me feel awful about kindly asking her for one, she told me “oh you were just in the other day and you forgot a mask again…” she could’ve kindly worded this as “please remember to bring one next time”. As someone working in the health field I would never ever dare to treat a patient with the amount of attitude and disrespect she treated me with… this is the number one way to lose a loyal patient. Do better.

Takes way to long. Over lapping appointments.

Had a vision exam because I'm not seeing well. Was told I have 20/20 vision. Also told I have significant astigmatism in one eye, which is old news. Does this even make sense? Then how can I have 20/20 vision? He wrote a prescription for driving glasses and another for reading glasses. I tried to log into the site to see my records but couldn't access them. I'm still not seeing well and am uncomfortable driving so called back 3 months later. All they could offer was a new exam, and then transferred me to someone who had no idea why I had called. Since I have already exhausted my VSP benefits for the year, Ill be looking elsewhere.

Dr. Iranmanesh was dismissive and condescending. I would not recommend or go back to this clinic. I was referred here by my optometrist because it was believed that my retina was detaching. When we finally got an appointment at Vantage, we were attended to by Dr. Iranmanesh. I started to tell him my symptoms and what I felt. There was an awkward silence and rudely said “okaaaayyyy” held it long and I’m sure we all know that condescending okay. He checked my eye and said it was just old age what was happening to me and I’ll get used to it. I once again reiterated what I was feeling to which he replied “it’s unrelated, that has nothing to do with this” As if the pain I was feeling was imaginary. He made me feel like I was crazy. I knew what I was feeling. I tried one more time to which he rudely replied “go see another doctor. A front eye doctor.” And walked away. He was so rude, Dismissive, and condescending. I did do just that. I went to another clinic, found another doctor who was kind and heard my concerns. He diagnosed me with MGD and I’ve been feeling so much better. Glad I got a second opinion. Would not recommend anyone to go here or go with this doctor. The girls at the front are kind and great though.

I don't know the answer but ironically heard the same about different offices.
The directions are from Google. Vantage Eye Center does not generate the directions.
VSP IS WHAT THEY ACCEPTED FROM ME.
