Let me start off by saying how amazing all the staff are! The managers here are so kind and you can tell they put so much effort into maintaining the property. Everything is so clean and maintained all the time. The complex is very quiet which we love but don’t be fooled by that because there’s plenty of children here, it’s such an awesome place to have a family. And also if you don’t have kids as well because you wouldn’t even know there were very many children here because of how silent it is at times. It’s so peaceful and we feel super safe and secure. Anytime we have had a concern or questions management have always been very polite and kind. The inside of the apartments are very nice! They upkeep them very well and you can even pick a wall accent color, which was very unique in apartment complexes. Laundry is average but very clean and well maintained. They do a very good job at making sure the machines are serviced if they have a problem. (Which is very rare) There is not one but two laundry facilities in the complex and they are very reasonably priced as well. A lot cheaper than a laundromat. We have not gotten to take advantage of the gym because of COVID but once again management went out of their way to put spin cycle machines outside under a covered and well light area. It looks amazing! If you have kids the play area is great!! My daughter loved going there through the very brief openings of parks before everything for shut down again. The pool is very clean and beautiful as well. We have lived here for going on 4 months and we are never out late so we hadn’t noticed but they have amazing security who patrols the place and makes sure that everything is fine and there’s no one suspicious wondering around. Oh also regarding parking you get one covered spot and sometimes it is hard to find a parking in the guest parking but we have only had to park on the street maybe twice since we’ve lived here. Overall we are very pleased to be living here. We enjoy everything that this place has to offer and their willingness to go above and beyond for everyone who lives here. I highly recommend!

Cypress Pointe is an affordable, safe and professionally maintained community; in my book, it has a high recommendation. Moving all the way from Redding to Gilroy in a pandemic was personally traumatic for many reasons, but the Cypress Pointe managers were very flexible, communicative and helpful throughout the process. When I first arrived on the site, one of the leasing managers, George made the move-in process quite smooth. We took pictures of the apartment for any present damage, I filled out some forms, and he answered all my questions about the location of the amenities. He showed me my parking space, my mailbox and he also showed me where to make online rent payments. Overall, I felt oriented in the apartment complex quite well. The residential community is very family-friendly and safe. The leasing managers Jacob, Angelique, George and the maintenance staff are very responsive to resident needs; they either call or e-mail you within 1 business day. They’ve also done a great job navigating the tight COVID regulations imposed by the CDC while also maintaining/repairing units and facilities on site. Recently, they installed a socially-distant "patio cycling area" with two stationary bikes for resident use; this is a rather innovative idea to address the currently mandated gym closure on site. The grass and plants are well-landscaped, so it has a very pleasant aesthetic appeal. Organically speaking, I also appreciate how they partner with a local composting program, Recology, so you can compost your food scraps to help fertilize soil. Very environmentally friendly! Location-wise, the apartment community is also conveniently located near 3 grocery stores (Safeway, Nob Hill Foods and Cardenas) within walking distance. It’s close to the city’s biking and walking trails as well. 5 stars out of 5.
