I went to this Dr back in 2002.He removed 2 disc's in my neck put in donar bone. It failed then went to Stanford had the donar bone removed with 2 more disc's and titanium plate put in. Still totally disabled.

Very rude and disrespectful did not even look at the medication or paperwork and showed me the door said he couldn't help me what was I doing there

Had 3 back surgeries with him each one worse than the first couldn't walk right for years after him. run to another doctor he is no good i had a 4 th surgery from a different dr It was the best decision I made.

Hi L, sorry to hear that but Senegor office does online submissions don't need paperwork.Adrienne does it I've had no problem each time at my visit I ask her need paperwork she says no we do online.On July 30th had an appt ask about my state disability she said I will do it online send you a copy.Check my account the next day and sure enough it was submitted same day.Received the copy.Maybe its different for Family leave don't know.Check with Adrienne? Absolutely, He is one of the best out there. He performed lower back surgery on me in 1999. He is professional, thorough, compassionate, and most importantly, he listens to his patients. He has recently been appointed to Chief Surgen and Medical Director for all of San Juaquin County. Needless to say, you will be in competent hands. Blessings and God's favor to you and yours.
