I had an appointment with Kathy on 6/9/2021.. I tried to call her day before and the number was disconnected! The day of appointment I still went even tho couldn't get hold of her on phone. When I got there the shop was still there but I found out that Kathy had closed down her shop!! I had been waiting for this appointment for over a month! I NEVER received a phone call or anything from Kathy letting me know she had closed!! Terrible way to do business, very shady!!
