Never again. My Best buy credit card and I brought in a computer that I didn't get there and they said they could help with it.. it was just a reset he said it would take 5 minutes and I made an appointment and some other kid said no we can't help you it's not ours. Complete waste of my time. Pretty furious and won't be using that card. I will never go back there again. Gave it two stars because the first guy at The geek squad that I met was actually very nice. 12 year old second appointment not so much.

Came here to make a small purchase and ask questions about a larger item. Sometimes I'll walk the store just to see how long it takes anyone to help me; well, I was here for over 15 minutes and counted 7 employees walk by me, with no help offered. One was watching a comedy video on his phone and the others were just holding their own conversation. I'm a big boy and can speak up when I need help but, I also would expect the bare minimum of customer service.
