Renee' was awesome! Knew exactly what I needed before I could finish telling her. In and out in minutes. Just one downfall and not Renee's fault. You need to get a real local phone number and not an 800 number. Everytime I called I got switched over to customer service to sign up for paperless billing, automatic payments, etc. Was just looking for a certain phone charger so had to take a chance that it was in stock, luckily it was.

Good service. Their team helped me with multiple phones and data transfers. Knowledgeable and polite. Angela, Tanner and another T named guy was great!

Not enough staff. No inventory; you cannot actually go here and expect to leave with a phone. Once you get a staff person, they may be helpful, they may not (ask for Navid; he was good. The manager appeared overwhelmed and, as a result, was not helpful). Overall not a bad experience, but not truly a good one, either.Anything less than a stellar experience with us is unacceptable, Thomas. Our goal is to provide you with the best wireless network, customer service, and products. Your feedback is important to us and we will focus on this moving forward.
