It’s a pretty busy airport so make sure to arrive early, especially during the busy flight hours. It is really easy to navigate. The departures are a floor under the check in kiosks for each airline. Security checkpoint is busy even with tsa pre check. But people are pretty helpful here and are willing to help. There’s even a cafe du Monde here in case you didn’t get your fix from New Orleans!

When we at Louie Armstrong International Airport we were shocked how it looks now it's a beautiful structure well lighted and lots of improvement to the Airport. My wife and I were here 12 years ago that was a different now so much improvement we like it.
