Decent prices some staff friendly others not so much ok clean store

As a senior, Ross is my favorite go to store on Tuesdays. I tend to overbuy but most items are reasonably priced.

Store was clean, organized, well stocked and had a very large selection of clothing in all sizes! Found school clothes for my son and some new clothes for myself and a few things for my husband. Was a little disappointed at hearing staff complaining about lack of help for the evening, but I also understand the feeling at the same time. However, there is a time and place for that, and in front of customers is not the place. Also, checkout lines are not marked and are very confusing. Overall, great visit and will return.

Take your reciet back to the store where you made the purchase and they should either try to find your purchase or give you a refund. I really love shopping at Ross.
She should have no problem as long as she has her receipts
Every Tuesday at every Ross if you're 55 or older you get 10% off and our polite way of asking is if you are a member of the Tuesday club
Not all the time only on occasion and only one rack they do however have more maternity options in the morristown ross
