Super nice building with modern style apartments. Apartment was clean & comfortable. I loved my stay here. Very helpful staff. Kitchen is full of appliances & all the dishes and things you need. I was super surprised when I noticed that they even left pods for the washing machine for the gusts to use. This place truly feels like home. I will definitely be returning.

It looked nice and clean on arrival, but after a few days we found bed bugs in our bed. They did offer a new appartment after calling about 5 times. Location was great though.

Really nice home like rental. We stayed in the Penthouse so it's really big with upstairs. This is the comfort of home away from home. Very quiet and secure you have to have codes to enter the building and room. Loft style setting we really enjoyed our stay. Only thing I didn't like were the small beds and let out sofa. Could be better to accommodate tall or larger individuals. We none the less still feel this location and building is a winner.

Why are there so many homeless people always trying to enter this building and hanging out in the front? I understand a bus stop is right outside the front door, but it is very odd that homeless people are constantly trying to sneak in..

I stayed there didn't have a problem with the homeless at all they didn't bothered us period. Really really enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to go back soon

Yes, you're only a few blocks away. The Central Business District and the French Quarter are very safe neighborhoods.

In one of the parking lots that charge daily and hourly fees...I believe it was $25.00 a day
