1st experience they were out of chicken and beef. 2nd experience, I had to wait in the parking lot for our food and they still left out main part of our order. Tried calling 4 times to resolve it and still never got an answer. They seriously need major improvements!!!

How you supposed to eat your food when it’s a mess like that yea y’all may have been busy but you can do better when I asked for a manager I was told that she was too busy to come an if the employees had things would be a lot better for that place I’ll never eat at barbourville Taco Bell again

It's would be so much better if they didn't use old oil toward the evening which makes the cinnamon twists taste SO bad!
