Highly over priced, rinky dink apts that are run my dictators! Never lived there but know many unfortunate people who have. Would have rated it a 0 if I could have.

I don't know since they changed management. But the rent is paid to snappy developments. You may ask some of the tenants down there, there is always one of the outside. Hope this helps.
