We have frequented this location for 27-years - we will never be back. I was verbally accosted my a smart mouthed teenager. She was reluctant to give out sauce packets and I mentioned this place has really changed. She then snapped it "was my job to be clear." I told her "no, it was her job", and the fight escalated from there. Then an older woman, who was also an employee, came over with her hands in the air like this was a prize fight. I asked for the large girl's name and was told they don't have to tell the customer that info. I asked her "how was I supposed to Tell the Bell if they don't give out names?" Fifteen dollars an hour and they can say whatever insult they choose with no repercussions - wow, I want that job! Which is why I've referred to them as "large" and "old". Really Taco Bell? Is this what we can expect when you pay employees $15/hour and raise the cost of your food? This used to be a bustling location where it was tough to get a seat during lunch hour - which is when we were there. Two tables were occupied when we came in, with zero tables occupied when we left. Also, zero cars in the drive through. We will never be back and suggest you do the same!

Took 45 minutes with only one car in front of me and super expensive. So sad I have always loved tb.
