Depends on where you choose to park. Most of the parking is if you use a parking garage.
Each cruiseline offers a shuttle from the airport which you book through the cruiseline. Some hotels also offer a shuttle

No. T. Taylor is correct. I don't think anyone is in the toll booth at the gates the day before anyway.
They will have porters at the terminal to handle your luggage, besure you have your cruise luggage tags on everything. Hope this helped.
No you pay at the time of entering.. Then they tell you to put your slip away so somebody doesn't know how long you're gone because they don't guarantee if someone should break into your car.
Not at the terminal. Normally you drop off at the airport. But as far as parking, it's 20.00 a day so a 7 day cruise is 140.00.
