Absolute con artists. Called to get a hitch installed and was told by the uhaul scheduling person that theyd charge per their hourly rate of $125 per hour. I was told by her and at the counter that while I was quoted for 2.5 hours itd probably be a quick job. Took 45 minutes and when I came back they told me they have to charge for the full 2.5 hours and held my car hostage until I paid the full thing. $317 instead of $125.

Came for a propane refill and impressed by the service. Busy place but the employees were working hard to get everyone helped quickly and kept great attitudes in the process.

Don’t have enough staff, slow to help customers, worst of all they didn’t even have my truck when I showed up. Had to come back 3 hours later to pick it up.

I had a hitch put on my car by young man at this Shoreline U-Haul. So far so good, and he had excellent customer service skills and was a professional throughout that pleasantly surprised me.
