I walked in and asked to speak to a supervisor about not answering phones. Was told they were having phone problems. Went to visit our loved one and found her walking out of bathroom by herself very unstable on her feet Noticed the place was extremely dirty!! Also was told that they get her dressed every day. Which I found out to be a lie Also she had bad odor to her. This wasn’t just from 1 day of not bathing. I made them come bath her. Dresser drawers were dirty. Phone in room didn’t work. I can go on for hours about this bad facility. Someone needs to shut this place down

I was nervous about coming to golden hill for a tour due to its terrible reputation but I came and met with the admissions director Ruth kancoule she was absolutely phenomenal and I myself will definitely be choosing Golden hill to care for my loved ones !!!
