The facility is wonderful for rehab. The therapy, nursing and all departments are caring and friendly. The admission director Ashley worked very hard to get my family member to the facility for rehab and the whole experience has been wonderful.

This facility has many life safety violations that a regular person not in the industry would notice but they are there! Also, there's a patient who constantly yells out all day long which is not conducive to healing. The person also sounds like he is tortured mentally in his own mind and could greatly benefit from psychiatric medications. The staff were very nice but completely understaffed. My aunt was soaked in urine and crying upon my arrival. The parking lot is lawsuit waiting to happen; someone is going to fall as the tar is broken throughout. The ramp to the courtyard is not level so wheelchairs need to come in backwards to get over the small hump. Overall, not a place I would ever send a loved one.
